Seeflip 1-Year Warranty

At Seeflip, we stand behind the quality and function of our products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faults in materials

  • Faults in workmanship under normal intended use

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Incorrect installation

  • Misuse or improper handling

  • Accidental damage

  • Modification or alteration of the product

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect function

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with:

  • Proof of purchase

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

If your claim is approved, Seeflip may repair, replace, or refund the product depending on the nature of the issue.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to a repair or replacement if the issue is not considered a major failure.

A major failure is an issue that significantly affects the product’s use or would have reasonably influenced your decision to purchase it.
