Australia-Wide Shipping

We currently ship Australia-wide.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.


Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout via Sendle to keep costs low.
  • Express Shipping: Flat rate via Australia Post for faster delivery.

Delivery estimates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.


Tracking Your Order

All shipments are fully tracked. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.


Lost or Damaged Items

  • Damaged Items: Please provide a photo of the damaged item. We will provide a replacement once damage is confirmed.
  • Lost Items: If your order is lost in transit, we will replace it and then file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf.
