At Seeflip, we want you to be confident in your purchase. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date you receive your product.
If you experience any issues, please contact us first at support@seeflip.com.au so we can assist with troubleshooting or support.
If the issue cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a return and refund within the 30-day period.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return under this guarantee:
- Proof of purchase is required
- The request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- The product should be returned in a reasonable condition

Seeflip 1-Year Warranty
At Seeflip, we stand behind the quality and function of our products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Faults in materials
- Faults in workmanship during normal use
What Is Not Covered
- Incorrect installation
- Misuse or improper handling
- Accidental damage
- Modification or alteration of the product
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect function
Warranty Claims
If your product has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at support@seeflip.com.au with:
- Proof of purchase (invoice number)
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product (if applicable)
We may request the faulty product be returned for inspection.
If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, Seeflip will repair, replace, or refund the product at no cost to you. Return shipping may also be covered where appropriate.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your product.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund or exchange.
Please note: Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in a resaleable condition are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
